    If you need a car, you are better off walking; I don't care if you are leaving state. Between the number of hour(s) they will have you wait, for a car that was set up weeks ago because they are cleaning all of them too slowly. To the point that one gentleman had an issue with his arrangement; requested the manager only to be told: "he is cleaning cars outside ". So, no manager is accessible? Why isn't a regular employee out there then so a manager is "always" accessible if need be, whether complaints, codes, ANYTHING. Just seems extremely amateur. Additionally, then had a car issue happen l, read the manual to which it says take it to a nearest person. Found one that was a mile away from where I was at the time in jersey city (not philly where picked up). They found nothing that I could have done after trying sooooooooo hard, giving me numbers for 3-4 other departments that all said it was not THEIR DEPARTMENTS, for them to finally "help" me. By " help" I mean switch out the car for a lower level one and charge 2x the cost of the first first ~$325 (scheduled for an entire 7 days) 2nd car~$600 for second car and was only for 3 days. Company is a scam. Period. *Edit* for budget and anyone else that sees that OH SO KIND RESPONSE. Budget never answered, never called back, never DID A THING. So thank you, for showing you read your complaints and leave kind comments to "show support" in help ALL FOR NOTHING. If no stars could be provided, I'd be giving negative numbers at this point to save lives! Thank you bank of America for reimbursing properly!

    My experience with the Budget rental at the Philadelphia airport was terrible!!! I reserved and prepaid for specialty vehicle and was informed when I arrived that didnt any have any of those nor did they have any vehicles ready. After over an hour wait I was put in a blazer which is nothing close to what I reserved and paid for. Customer service was awful also

    Review for Budget at PHL. THREE times they have tried ripping me off for fuel charges. Details: I'm a Fastbreak member and rent frequently. My profile specifically says that I do not agree to fuel charges and will return the car full. They DO NOT give paper rental agreements when you drive out, even when asking for one, so you don't know what you are agreeing to out the gate. 1) January rental, charged me for full tank of gas on departure, $83.00. I returned it full as always. It took over a month and about 14 emails, AND a receipt that I paid for gas (even though they acknowledged it was full on return) before they would refund the money. 2) In March I rented again. When leaving I asked the gate agent about the fuel and she said it shows that I am again paying for the tank. I asked how it was added and was told that it's in my profile. Showed her my profile on the phone proving it is not. She took the prepaid charge off. 3) When returning that car, they showed I returned it empty (when it was again full), charging me $140 for a tank of gas. When I found out, I left airport secure area and went back to the location. They would only refund $121 (charging me $19.00) because I gassed up 7 miles from the rental facility. The gas was still full. And it's not worth the 14 emails and a month wait for $19 bucks - so I'm just going to leave this here and never rent from Budget in Philly again. If anyone else is getting ripped off for fuel at this location, let me know - I'd consider a lawsuit (and I've never sued anyone - ever.) This is blatant fraud at this location - and they know when you drop off you have a plane to catch and can't stay and argue.
