Staff members were very courteous and helpful. It was very easy to engage staff in conversation when asking questions about purchasing an e-bike. They were knowledgable and gave additional information on bicycle safety as well as explained safety features on the bicycle purchased.

Purchase a bike for my son for Christmas. Shop owners were the best! Very knowledgeable, not pushy. I chose Pedego, although more pricey than other brands, bc their customer reviews and the simple fact that they repair on-site! Great warranty, 2 years. If you're in the market for a quality bike with service to back it up, Pedego is your choice. If you're looking for a toy, go elsewhere.

So let me start off by saying i dont own a pedego e bike but i took my ebike there to get serviced and lets just say this place is one of the best shop i have ever been too!! I dont remember the guys name that helped (I honestly forgot) but super super friendly was so help on helping me with my bike and honestly am going to buy another ebike i it was be done here by that associate! I highly recommend this shop he even give more helpful information then where I purchased my bike from 1,000,000% recommend this place and i can be a difficult people to deal with lol but please check them out.
