PNC Bank

Atm on 6th street ate my money and didn't deposit it into my account. Manger was very calm and empathetic about the situation and helped me submit a claim, still waiting on pnc to correct the situation themselves.

I came here to open a savings account and someone told me the wait time would be ten minutes. I waited 30 minutes then I decided to leave because it didn't seem like they have their priorities in order.

Only one person on staff working both the drive through and in store window. Absolutely not reasonable. Order managers this branch needs to learn how to priority staff or be replaced. The savings of starting one less person is not worth the stress that youre putting in your customers. If you want to lose customers than keep doing what youre doing.

This one PNC BANK I was at the line was long and there were 3 tellers but they were only taking one person at a time and CUSTOMER SERVICE wasn't any better because all the representatives were either not present or at lunch with a line waiting as well. I asked for the manager and they teller said he's not available so I asked to close my account and that's when I finally got some service.
