        This place is the worst. I only go here when its convenient because its near Home Depot. This is the last time I try. Its never easy, this is the third time Ive just left rather than wait more than 20 mins. Dont bother if you have a BofA account, just bite the bullet and drive to a different one.

        We wanted to add a name to the account, we got there 15 mins before closing. There is a girl and a guy there with no customer. They dont wanna work, so they told us to make an appointment come back another time. Really? Add a name to an account takes how long? So lazy!!!

        Deposited cash, machine said that there was an error and only read $250 which isn't even credited to my account and it wouldnt give the cash back. I manually typed in $760 then realized I had put in $810. Customer service said 8-10 days to credit my account and process a claim. In the meantime all of my direct debits wont be covered and Ill have to pay multiple late fees for bills that were due today. Totally unacceptable!
