        This was my first time going to this branch. The employees were so rude. The Mgr was. The teller was great. I will NEVER step into that branch. So unprofessional. I have NEVER in my life experienced such unprofessionalism

        I would like to write a review of my service on 10/20/2021. Emmanuel Brown was my customer service rep that helped assisted me. He did and amazing job with answering my questions throughout our session. I feel comfortable with him helping me in the future. It is advised to make an appointment before visiting the branch for customer service needs. They do have a mobile check-in system.

        Right now it says "LIVE: less busy than usual" but this is my 6th call to this branch - waited each time for the phone to basically hang up on me, after 10 minutes it just goes to a dial tone - Waiting in silence for someone to pick up and NOTHING. It's infuriating.
