WSFS Bank

Ever since Beneficial was bought out by WSFS all of their offerings and services have been steadily going downhill. Especially, banking services for small business owners. Can't see myself being a customer for much longer.

Many thanks to Diana, the assistant bank Manager, who helped me tremendously today. My father recently passed away and she was so helpful in assisting me with paperwork that I needed help with. Its difficult enough dealing with my fathers death; but it was so comforting knowing there are people who go above and beyond. Diana is surely an asset to WSFS! Thank you, Diana, for being so kind! The staff at this location are so nice. They are pleasant and accommodating. Makes going to the bank a pleasant experience.

I've been banking here for a while and never have had any bad experience until today. I was greeted with a poor attitude like the teller didn't want to be there (not even a hello; more like hurry up so I can be done with this) and the teller having an attitude with me. I'm in the customer service business as well - and this isn't a way to treat a human being let alone a customer. It's understandable if someone has a bad day but that can't be taken out on others especially clients. Beyond disappointed with my experience today.

I cant even put into words the experience that I had at this bank this morning !!! it was uncalled for !!! Dont use this bank put ur money somewhere where u will be respected and treated like a person !!
