        Customer service wack, you have this white dude seems like a manager or whatever just have straight attitude like he doesnt like his job ,everytime I enter this location I have the worst experience with HIM just vulgar and asking you your personal business out loud and top of him lung too much sugar in that tank for me

        Customer service in this branch is a joke. I tried to upgrade my business account and this branch manger lied his face off and told me to close my entire business account first in order to switch or upgrade when I was told a few days ago differently that I can always do that without effecting my current account. This branch manger looks so arrogant, lazy and acts like he doesnt even wanna to talk to any customers. I honestly dont know how he gets his manager position or who appointed it to him but this is the worst experience I had with TD bank. So I had to drive to a different branch and only took them less than 10min to upgrade my account. Banks need our deposited funds to invest, hedge, loan, buying risky bonds etc. So its not technically a free maintenance service after all for us to keep our money in their institutions. If they cant provide us good services then move on to a better one.
