        The process was a bit weird with two people in the room during my process one typing down info the other asking 1000 questions made me very uncomfortable but the banker woman was still nice and respectful it was the man standing there asking so many questions and just staring in my face is what gave me creeps yikes

        One of the tellers lied to us about the type of account we were opening and was deceptive about the interest rate on our savings account gave us .05% when we agreed to .5%. Emails and phone calls to the banker and the VP of branch went unanswered. We are moving our accounts to Capital One.
