        The staff at this branch were amazing. Chase was just terrible, so I went back to Wells Fargo. Honestly, I wish I hadn't switched, my friends convinced me, but I never had any problems with Wells Fargo.

        Staffing issues. No one should ever have to wait 30 minutes to withdraw cash from a teller. Create a better process because this isn't it.

        Theyre very disorganized. When you enter there is no one to greet you and all the customers are just waiting in no particular order. They dont have a line or an organization system.
