        Just got off the phone with the branch manager. He was very dismissive and unwilling to help. He hung the phone up on me.

        Do not go to this branch if you value your time. The manager is incompetent as well as the employees. I am visiting from out of town and they refused to allow me to make a normal (for me) withdrawal. They never attempted to do any sort of due diligence to verify my identity, just flat out would not let me withdraw my own funds. I went to another branch down the street, explained what happened, and was serviced properly by a courteous and competent employees. I am very familiar with the protocol and they flat out did not follow it. I think they have forgotten who works for who.
