        What happened to those welcoming "employees" at the door? They were GREAT!! They responded pretty accurately to questions that saved customers time to line up OR making an unnecessary appointment. You SHOULD bring them back to avoid dissatisfied clients in light of personnel shortage. I assume they were "practical training" or "W-S" MBAs or BBAs students completing their degrees...
