        Second time Ive tried to conduct business in a bank Ive used for more than 20 years and was treated rudely and dismissed. Too bad I have free checking, or Id be long gone. Really poor customer service

        With a lot of traffic and over head business done in the market , this branch strives and uphold service. Giving new bankers training while helping and building a relationship with the customers "Mary" whom assisted me shown courage and a willingness to help with anything I needed and questions. Connecting products I may need future updates on services and transparent any issues came up was swiftly handle , I do recommend a in-branch vs online

        Very unprofessional and inconsistent in their requirements. They told me I would need proof of address if my address differed from my ID (and gave a utility bill as an example, which I brought in the branch), but then said that the utility bill didnt work to open an account. So I wasted 30 mins to an hour of my time walking there and back because they couldnt get their facts straight.
