By far the worst citizens bank; ever since they hired new people, it has gone completely down hill. Theres always a problem and no one knows how to do anything here.

My daughter went here to cash her work check the cashier made my child sign her check before knowing if she was able to cash it for her whole time she wasnt able to do so which this was a lesson for my teenager but that lady knew better to have you sign a check before knowing if you can cash it I cant stand people that cant do they JOB

One or two tellers who do not have the ability to do wires or any advanced transactions. So you will have to wait for a branch, manager which will take forever. I have walked in and waited for about 15 minutes each time and ended up just walking out.

Rekha was awesome today. I help a non profit charitable organization and she always provides service with a smile. Extremely well attentive and professional.
I don't usually see a long line at this location and the HVAC system works well so I feel comfortable

Always come to this Branch. Never had a problem. But today, the Teller Robin rubbed me the wrong way. Very argumentative. Never gave a bad survey. But today was a lot. Thanks Robin. You caused your Branch to get a bad review. Instead of arguing with the Customer. Listen an try to fix the problem. Youll learn next time.
