RUN. The first time I've EVER EVER changed a review in my life. At first Charles was very helpful surface level. He proceeded to allow us to file a trademark of our company, which he made us aware, we had a similar name to another company. But instead of telling us do not even waste your time it will be denied, he ALSO, neglected to mention that company with a "similar name" can threaten us with an infringement letter. Demanding our fincials among, a laundry list of other terrifing scenarios. As a small business we put all our trust in Charles with his "raving reviews". Charles told us at worst, our name will get rejected because it's too similair (which is a risk we were willing to take, as we've had our name for over 3+ years w/ no issues) I've now spoken to 3 other trademark attornies who have stated they would have NEVER EVER allowed our trademark to be filed. To make matters worse, we spoke to him, as he is the one who got us in this mess to begin with. He proceeded to offer no help, wrong doing, absolety nothing except tell us we would need to pay $1500 for his legal advice. The same legal advice that wouldn't be needed, if we were made aware of this glarring issue to begin with. However, before contacting the 3 other attornies mentioned earlier, we thought we had no other options other than to stick with him. Charles told us to then go to his website, and fill out a new client form again, and he will be in contact with us. We filled that form out almost 2 weeks ago, and nothing. When the 1st time we filled out the form to pay & file for our trademark initially, he responded same/next day with the invoice. So not only did HE get us into a legal mess, he COMPLETLY GHOSTED US.
