Update: 9/27/21 Spoke to Duane this morning, had to call me back after looking through his notes. Basically went through the whole onboarding process again so he could get his notes together and hopefully began the process of filing paperwork. I will hold off on the termination papers for now, just please dont fumble this case. I have real pain on the daily, and was fully insured w uninsured motorist and full tort. Will update my review throughout case.... (Old Review) Duane is supposed to be representing me on a auto accident where i was rear ended at a stop light. That happened in august, I signed the paperwork for Duane to represent me in March 2021, its now September 2021 and i just received a letter from the insurance company saying nothing is being done concerning this matter. Honestly i was trying give you guys a chacce and its the one decision i regret. No communication , nothing being done with my case. Just the worst, i will stick with Simon and Simon. I also have 2 other accidents i need representation for but at this rate yall move i will do it myself. Also will be looking forward to how i can get you off the case since your obviously not interested.

Mr Lassiter and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable in preparing both my husband and I for our case.
