        My mother had lived here for 2 years and had always dealt with her toilet and sink having sewage and black water. She has informed them and made several complaints, they do nothing about it. The first and second floor deal with the same issue. The management is horrible, rude and unprofessional. and can care less for the residents. Do not move here! They pay off inspectors. The whole place is not kept up.

        This is NOT AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY! But what it is, is one of the worst managed apartment building. There is hardly ever anyone in the office.The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. The building is not kept clean. It takes forever to have something repaired.

        We did some work for this establishment and they spare no expense in the upkeep of their property. Some of the tenants were kind enough to bring us coffee and lunch while we worked. The appreciation from the residents was real! Great company, establishment and wonderful residents. Highly recommended!
