My dad was there 3 months and we loved it the staff was wonderful.

Horrible as we speak my aunt stuck in her wheelchair while we drive there on the phone still no answer to help her. No answer on the phones and been stuck in the chair for hours. Wont let her shower upon request and just horrible no ones coming so we have to drop everything and ride there

The staff were skilled professionals who were very kind and caring. The meals were nurturing, and my mother was satisfied with her menu selections. Her room and clothes were kept neat and clean. The clinical staff were accessible and responded to calls and other inquiries promptly. They managed her medications and administered them when they were required. I would have preferred more activities. There was a little too much television time,

I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. I picked this place for my moms rehabilitation because it was supposed to be 5 star. My mother was transferred from the hospital and they didnt have her medication. I called to find out why and was verbally insulted. They had the nerve to say its the weekend what did I expect? I made a call to the hospital and they said the Simpson House said she had her medication which was a total lie. 8 hours later she finally received her life sustaining medication. My mom was talking to a friend and the same thing happened to her..
