Emerson Flats Apartments

This place is not the best! It has several turn overs between landlords and Matiences men cleaning staff!! No one has a direct number for anything ! I understand prices go up but I moved here paying 810$ to now 7 years later paying 1,585.85$$$ a month for a 2 bedroom apartment! They redid most of the apartments but they are falling apart already ! I live in an older model and still get charged for a newer model !! They give you information and numbers to call only to give you the run around ! Its horrible service !! But all they want is the rent $$$$ they do not care about you or your family which I totally understood too! Business is business !! But some elderly people have been here 20/30 years and they dont get a break !! Its very sad to watch , I watched about 15 people move because they couldnt afford it anymore and it broke my heart !! A lot of stay cats hang in the back area and tenants feed them but the company said do need feed or your lease can be terminated! Its jus sad

We have been here going on 3 years now. They do a great job with issues and honestly there are not a lot of issues. There are renovations as people move out. Best part they are doing the footwork around the building and hallways. Down side - rent is going up way to fast year to year as you renew but the extra money going into building.

The management team is outgoing, responsive, and professional. They value and prioritize their tenants needs and feedback.

Really looks like a great place to live. But the price might be a little steep. But the upkeep on the buildand grounds are beautiful and kept clean
