While I have loved the almost 10 years I've been here, I do take small issue with the rising rent every year with no improvements made to the apartment. Was told they were looking to adding a dishwasher to my kitchen. Nothing came to fruition. I wouldn't mind the increases if there were upgrades made to the apartment.

Great place to live. Been here almost 9 years. Apartment living, just like a owned house has its pros and cons. But overall the problems do get solved. The maintenance teams over the years are great, been just a few changes, but they do get to you. May not be to the expediency you like, again, it's apartment living so there are many needs and tenants. But the problems are fixed and completed to 100%. No band aid fixes. Real deal repair work. The main office is helpful too. There is a shopping center like 15 minutes away and public transportation just down the road, if need be. Would recommend
