OMG please do not stay here. I live here and my neighbor just went through a horrible experience with management, and I'm literally shaking with what he had to experience. I believe I know the people that he is speaking about that threatened to call the police on him for asking about a charge that he was not notified about at all. 3 men that sit in the office. My friend talks to everyone in the building and if always helpful to neighbors and security. He helped me move here and recommended this place to me and I've been telling people about this place too. He taught my daughter in 2nd grade. The police, really? I encouraged him to write his own review. He told me that he doesn't believe that it was the "R" word for discrimination against people of color because that's who he is... but I DO!!! I will be telling everybody I know about this place. He can explain it better. What a gross way to treat a human being.

This is one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever viewed. I give my experience with Erika (leasing agent) a 5 star! So patient, so polite, and shares great information about the building. If you are looking for moving to Philadelphia and looking for a great place to stay....take a chance and stop by and take a look. Didn't think I would be interested at first but had a change of mind after viewing!
