The Civic: Loft Apartments in Fairmount

I have lived at the Civic since 2021, I initially started in a smaller unit and upgraded to a larger one. The floor plans are spacious and the kitchens have a lot of cabinet and counter space. The finishes are modern and clean. I havent had any maintenance or pest issues and I have really loved my experience at this building. I think the staff is kind and available to help whenever needed. They very much value and appreciate their tenants and Im happy to continue calling this location my home! Very dog friendly also

Weve been here for almost a year now, this was our first apartment in Philadelphia and its been an overall good experience living here at The Civic. The pros outweigh the cons by a lot in my opinion. Kind neighbors, friendly staff, and a decent amount of privacy when it comes to overhearing various neighbors. There has been ongoing construction across the street from our unit which has been loud but understandable given Philadelphia is a large growing city. The management is approachable, theyve been open to a conversation about any issues/questions weve had. Theyve also been really helpful as weve been into the process to move into another building they manage. A typical day here is calm, you probably wont share the elevator with anyone let alone wait for one. The biggest issue we had here was delivery drivers finding the correct address, just make sure to enter delivery instructions. 8/10 overall.

Been living here for nearly two years and I really have had any issues, my neighbors are friendly professionals who tend to their own business, the front desk staff is very alert and professional, makes the building feel safe particularly Mr James and Mr Ben. The neighborhood is also great with near-by shopping and grocery stores

Ive lived at the Civic for a year and a half with my dog. We both love it here. As others have said, the front desk staff is absolutely amazing. The amenities are likewise greatpeloton bikes and an uninterrupted 360 rooftop view of the city are my favorites. The building is very dog friendly, which I love, and I would say the average age is late twenties-early thirties. The finishes on the units are beautiful too, and any issues I have had have been resolved with grace. I enjoy feeling a part of a community and this building has that!
