Just look at the pictures Horrible place and rude staff. We had a dirty room at our arrival (toilet blocked with s**t, no joke) and had to insist to change our room (still no joke). Valet service is poor, take an hour to get the car. Above all, when you need assitance you text but it is not helpfull at all. And I almost forget the persons at the reception who are constantly sulking. Management you have clearly job to do because your place is well located but need more skills to do the right job.

We had a bright corner unit with views of the Liberty Bell and the Independence Mall. Unit was spacious with nice amenities and thoughtful design. High ceiling is a plus and all new appliances. The ground floor community room is first rate and we recommend it for all ages. Hospitable hosts! Walkability: You can walk everywhere to all the landmarks.

Very cool building, good beds and plenty of space to make yourself at home. The neighbors were a little loud but it is a good place.

THIEVES AND LIARS!!! Our family suffered a fire during COVID and moved here on what was hopefully a temporary basis. The building had just been converted to residential units and we are the longest tenants by far. Part of the allure was that they had included storage...we had a handful of items not destroyed in the fire. Yet, they moved our things out of storage, refused to acknowledge where anything was for months on end, and when we finally had access, learned that numerous items were stolen....those they couldn't sell were simply left smashed in a pile in the basement. The previous management company apologized profusely and said they would make it right. Then a new management company came in and told us to pound sand. I have already filed a police report and will also be filing a lawsuit. And despite being their longest tenants, who had referred others to the building before they stole our stuff, yet they never paid out the promised referral bonuses. Another scam. To top it off, we asked if it might be possible to extend our lease by a month or two as we finish construction on our burnt out property a few streets away. The Ledger replied that absolutely not, we must sign a full year long lease or they will evict our family to the streets. Even today, an on-site representative tried to pass blame on their secretive corporate masters, saying there is nothing they can do. So they will smile to your face, but keep in mind that everything they tell you is subject to somebody's whim on Wall Street. There is zero morality here. If you are interesting in joining my lawsuit against the Ledger, just reach out!
