Storehouse Lofts: Apartments in Brewerytown

Have lived here for 5 years and it's been great! Staff is very responsive to tenets needs! Apartments have awesome showers and high ceilings! Super cool roof deck with pool!

I lived in Storehouse from 2016 to 2021. I loved my apartment there and sometimes kick myself for ever moving out. I loved the gym and the roof deck in the summer and fall is amazing. The shower was probably the best shower I have ever had in a rental unit. To top all of this, this building had a true community feeling during my time living there. I made lifelong friends out of my neighbors and for that I will forever be grateful.

Ill be honest. The area is great because its up and coming. Theres a bunch a fun businesses around the building. However, I wished I had chosen a different property to live in. This one isnt managed very well. The Property Manager has a bit of an attitude and isnt very helpful. My AC has been broken for almost a year now and they are working on it, but its taking so long to fix. I have a baby and pets that live with me. So I need my AC to work. Its inconvenient. The build also doesnt get cleaned like it use to. So the hallway floors dont get mopped. They are constantly tacky too. Especially by the trash rooms. I wanted to give this place 3 stars because I feel like things like this occasionally happen when you live in a building like this. However, the property managers attitude is a complete turn off.

I just moved in at the end of last year and so far my time here has been amazing! The loft spaces with tall ceilings is amazing if youve never lived in these types of units before. Just so spacious and the natural light you can get from the exterior units is phenomenal. There are a good assortment of amenities here from a spacious gym to a game room full of activities. My favorite are the ping pong table and pool table. However, theres an issue with the ping pong table that Ive addressed and management should on it soon hopefully! The rooftop has a breathtaking view and even a pool in the summertime! If you have a dog then this is the perfect apartment for you as they are very dog friendly. Havent had any issues with packages being stolen since there is 24/7 front desk concierge to take in deliveries to the mail room which is a huge upgrade from my last apartment. Theres even a garage for parking if you dont like the free street parking around the block. My favorite grocery store Aldi, is not even a block away and there are plenty of new businesses and food spots opening up by spring! Residents that Ive met so far have been very cool and down to earth and the management company just hosted their first resident appreciation night where there were food, drinks, and just a good time to meet your neighbors and enjoy your time. I really hope they keep this an ongoing thing because you can live somewhere for years and never actually meet your neighbors. Overall, Ive enjoyed my time here and can easily recommend this space to anyone in the market for a new place to live in

One of the few places in the city with no breed restrictions is a major draw. Location near fairmount park & boat house row is nice since there are lots of trails & green spaces. Erik is great to work with both as a tenant & prospecting one as hes very flexible & will go out of his way. Saul who recently was promoted from the front desk is also the best.
