*****I will update the review below if situation is improved***** Oregon Arms apartment is at an excellent location but this building is a smokers paradise. My downstairs neighbor smokes inside their unit every single day, and the cigarette smell also leaks into my apartment living space, closet, bathroom every single day. Complained to management multiple times, and it seems like they have no power to stop the non-sense of residents smoking inside their unit. The management took action by installing new smoke detectors, but the inconsiderate neighbor of course still smokes inside every day. And so all my clothes, furniture, living space just smell like cigarette every single day. Living here at Oregon Arms has been an awful nightmare with the lasting cigarette smell. I use 2 air purifiers and have fans drawing fresh air from outside every day, yet there is new strong cigarette odor spreading into my unit every night. If you plan to live here, I hope you get lucky and not have indoor smokers as your neighbors. Again, this building is at an excellent location, free street parking available even at late night, feels very safe, excellent transit. Management was responsive with emails. Its just really a shame that non smoking rules are not strictly enforced here. In addition to cigarette smell in my unit, there is also sometimes weed smell in the hallway.

Lived here in a Studio apartment by myself and it was a nice experience. I will say I wouldve like more notice for maintenance arrivals but I will say no major issues that wasnt handled.
