Marchwood Apartments

This is Marchwood, and these pics are from multiple apartments. Mold all over the place. Apartments missing their floors and walls and ceilings and appliances. This once beautiful building is beyond repair and will most likely be demolished in the next decade or so. Do not move here! Also if you think these pics may show mid-renovation, please look on Bill D's review on Yelp from 2017. These apartments have been this way for years.

I did not want to even give this place one star. There management team is very unprofessional. It is hard for you to ever get someone on the phone, I leave emails and voicemails no one ever gets back to me. The appliances are old and outdated. The pictures are very deceiving because the outside does not look anything like the pictures. Please take my review into consideration and Do NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Great holiday Party by management Thanks Domingo like the changes JW Moved in a year ago Nice place units are Huge!!!!! they are making lots of improvements... the maintenance people are great... Being in college i wanted no hassles: parking on site i walk to school A friend of mine is moving in before next semester my room mate will stay after i graduate in may down fall: to quiet!!!!!! Worst place ever. Mismanagement at its finest. Can’t fix things on time. Place is falling apart. The electric bills don’t make sense. Try finding Number to talk to someone about. Good luck!! All voicemails. No live people. Total hell hole!!
