Ive been living here for about two years, not going to lie. I had my good days and bad days. But we are human ! Its going to be like that. Im reading these reviews and I havent dealt with these issues. Again, Ive been leaving here for two years. Domingo is literally the best ! I ask him one thing and he goes beyond. Its truly sad that Im moving . But,we all have to grow. Domingo is so passionate on pleasing his tenants and I was one of them for 2 years. My car got broken into,and he immediately tried to prevent that from happening again. Did it work ?? No but its the thought that counts lol ,He added locked doors in the garage.After him doing this, as the final solution. It Never happened again! Living on A side for two years Ive only seen one roach and when that happened. I darted downstairs skipping all the steps just to show him. because I was afraid. Ive never seen a roach before in my life! When i showed him my pictures . The exterminator came the next day. I recommended 3 people into regency and received 25 dollars off my rent. And when I recommended them. He made sure that they were approved right then and there. Domingo definitely looks out. And have done that numerous of times. Ive seen reviews talking about trash..that is a major issue.but lets be for real. We have cleaners that comes 10am-4pm just to clean and they do a good job ! I love when our hallways smells like bleach. Its kinda hard to maintain something so big when you have ignorant tenants. Ive been here with regency for two years and Ive seen the changes. You just gotta trust the process lol. If I have to come back to regroup in life. I definitely will ! People like Domingo comes once In a lifetime. Im tryna tell yall. He was the best landlord Ive ever had. Domingo. I will definitely keep in contact. Thanks for being such a kind, thoughtful and caring person. You will be missed !

UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH ROACHES DONT MOVE IN HERE. THERES A HUGE INFESTATION AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR AN EXTERMINATOR THEY TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME. NO MATTER HOW CLEAN YOU KEEP YOUR APARTMENT THE ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE! THE CABINETS THE BATHROOM THE CEILING THE COUNTERTOPS THE FLOORS JUST EVERYWHERE. AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER KNOWS OF THIS INFESTATION AND IS STILL GREEDILY MOVING PEOPLE INTO THESE INFESTED APARTMENTS WITHOUT GETTING TO THE BASE OF THE PROBLEM THEY RATHER JUST GIVE QUICK CHEAP FIXES THAT DONT WORK. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. ALL THEY DO IS SLAP NEW PAINT OVER OLD PAINT AND DO POORLY DONE RENOVATIONS WHICH LEAVES A BUNCH OF HOLES AND ACCESS POINTS FOR THE ROACHES TO ENTER. NOT TO MENTION THAT EITHER THE HOT WATER OR THE WATER ENTIRELY GETS CUT OFF EVERY DAMN WEEK! DONT.MOVE.HERE.
