        Hello Everyone I rent a one bedroom n it is so cozy we have our own washer n dryer which is great no more running to laundry mat there's a dish washer n microwave n refrigerator all new n updated .It's all gated n secure the team at East Tioga Lofts are awesome they help in anyway possible.. Close to buses . shopping centers n fast food restaurants all In walking distance

        What jokes. You have to be a fool to rent here. Luxury lofts in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the country. Just go downtown where its accessible to great shopping and fine dining.

        My unit is spacious and the property is close enough to central business and I-95 while being pretty quiet. The Kensington Pub a block away is nice too.

As for rental rates, we do our best to provide the best possible price; that said, pricing is based on market trends, various upgrades, nearby competitors, and amenities.
