I agree with all the positive comments. This is an awesome place ! I love the staff who are always happy and helpful. They turned the building around and now it's safe to say that, I LOVE my home. It's rustic and charming. Come rent here- you will love it !

The worst.. Application process to see if I’m approved took more than a week ... I calll and neverrrr get an answer, it’s only one nice gentleman that just started working there helping me & trying his best to get me the information I need.. got told I would hear approval results and never got a call... then manager Candice lies and say she called me and left voice mails but I never received anything.. then Says I’m not approved because I don’t make enough which is false .. tells rental assistance they can do a inspection but when once I get there face to face Chantelle tell me something different once I get there face to face after I heard them on the phone while I was at rental assistance office
