Academy Meadow Apartments

Fox Chase Park apartments. Not too happy with this place. The property manager went in my apartment unit twice without my permission or knowledge and no kind of emergency or maintenance issues . The first time she said it was to show the bank my unit. No clue why she chose my occupied unit. I own a dog and that is a huge issue there, not mention it's trespassing and a violation of privacy. The second time I have not gotten any reason as of yet. Would never rent from this property management again. I wish I could give a good review since I grew up in this neighborhood and thought I found a nice place but this place sucks. Old windows with screens held in by wood screws. Basement floods. They must think people are stupid.

I’ve been here for two years and I love it here. Everyone here seems very friendly. They are always upgrading our building, with new and brighter things. Our neighbors and I work together, to keep the halls and floors clean. I’ve never had a problem with bugs or mice and that’s plus in my book. Our staff from maintenance to management has been very respectful and professional, since I’ve been here. The only reason I didn’t rate a 5 is, I’m waiting on an upgrade in our parking space. Most of the time I come home there are no parks available. I have to go outside of our complex and park in the shopping center space. Other than that, it ya great place to live.

Recently moved in and I'm very happy with my new home. Office team was very helpful and looking forward to working with them for many years going forward.
