McDonald's

Gave us a 3/4 way filled cup of sweet tea that was payed for via card and when confronted the drive thru employee attempted to hand us back around $1 in cash which is not close to the price we were charged for a large sweet tea. Then asked to talk to the manager and was ignorantly told by this employee that she was the manager.

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes this morning only to get to the window, start ordering and have the worker tell me she wasnt taking any more orders until lunchtime. (Although if the other reviews are accurate I couldnt have gotten a frappe anyway) I understand that everyone is understaffed but if it was that bad close earlier. I think that these order ahead apps and things like Grub Hub have zero place here and thats what is messing things up. Get rid of them!!

Every time I attempt to go to this store I feel like I'm entering a 3rd world country. . Nothing ever works. They usually get on the speaker when you pull up and say they're closed at 5pm lol. Today the speaker doesn't even work and it says pull up to window to place order, I think the same Subaru has been placing an order for 6 hours now. How is this place even still open.

Ive been to a lot of McDonalds. This one has to by far be the worst Ive ever been to. Consistently have bad experiences here. The drive through is extremely slow, the orders are pretty much NEVER right, and the food that you do get ends up very dry and strange. No clue whos running this place. No clue how this McDonalds is still in business

The manager at this place is horrible. I'm a delivery driver, she is the definition of rude. I almost never write reviews unless it's positive, but I had to write this one because this manager shouldn't have anything to do with management. I came to pick up an uber eats order at 6:30pm, I was told at the drive through to pull to the second window, I waited 20 mins in line, the the lady who said second window asked me to come inside, I went inside on her instructions and the manager just started yelling that they're closed, and that only drive through orders, asking me if I don't have ears or what, just some unnecessary anger and attitude from her when I did absolutely nothing wrong, I didn't even respond nor did I say anything. I just followed instructions from the lady on the speaker. The lady on the speaker who asked me to come inside was polite and has way better csr skills. She apologized to me on behalf of the manager because she witnessed everything herself. The manager is a terrible human being.
