I did a order online and was a couple mins late . I got home and didnt like the freshness of it . But since I did the online order it sat in the portal oven which is prefectly fine. So I called the store and explained what happened and asked if I can come back and have them make it fresh . A guy named Ray answered the phone and showed customer service at its finest . He said customer is always right come back in , asked how long it would take me to get back . When I got there he was still nice and had it ready asap . This was a great experience and because of it I had to leave a review and say thank you . I will always go to this one by my house now just because of the great customer service and kindness . Great service with the new Management. Heard Ray had returned so decided to stop by and wasn't disappointed!! I Pizza and the North Versailles Little Caesars is IT!!

I've been going to this location for years and the staffing is never consistent lol. If you're ordering on a Friday, just know you will be rolling the dice as far as wait time but honestly it's one of the only close locations around and the staff usually is very accommodating. Ray and Yaz gave excellent service. Both were very courteous and professional. The store was busy when we arrived but they kept it moving. No long wait time for anybody. Our pizza was done on time and it was excellent. I will visit again. Parking: Plenty of parking. Easy in and out.
