        Absolute terrible experience - my tax specialist kept telling me she is super busy today and doesnt think we will have the time to file or amend my taxes since the minute I sat down. I asked her, well didnt I just book a 60 minute session..? She suggested I go to a different HR block. I asked her to just try and file my taxes to see if the error gets resolved and she just kept sighing at me. I am honestly shocked and still confused at what just happened. Confirmed with her that if I leave I wont be charged, then just left in awe at the stupidity of what just happened.

        Overpriced, and horrible service. My wife and I have tried H&R block for several years and it seems theres always an excuse with this facility for either rescheduling, or talking to a different person for taxes. This year has taken the cake in regards to just being unorganized and not doing me a proper service of getting the best refund. Whoever is reading this, do yourself a favor and file yourself or find a local who will do it for a fraction of this companys price.
