        Marc was great initially. Provided me the policy information needed to get signed up. I have reached out multiple times via email and phone because of billing questions and havent been able to get in touch or get a response. Ive switched to another Allstate agent, and will wait to see how that goes. If you are running a business, I wouldnt recommend this agency as you wont get answers to billing questions for your business.
