The absolute worst!!! We definitely should have read the reviews before buying. Bought a Kitchenaid dishwasher (for delivery), paid $499, told it would be in the next day, called and they pushed it off a day. Next day still not in finally in on 4th day but we had to pick it up. Got it home and installed and of course it doesnt work. Noticed it was a not a Kitchenaid but a HotPoint. Average cost for a Hotpoint is around $350 but they charged us $499. Returned it for them to say oh we gave you the wrong one? Most unethical business weve ever experienced. LESSON LEARNED!!

Buyer beware! Purchased a dryer from them for over $300. Used it a few times and the thermostat broke in it. Had it swapped out with a loaner dryer while warranty work was supposed to be preformed on the one we purchased. Months later now today Patrick still hasnt repaired and given us our original dryer back that we purchased (which matches the washer we own). No calls no nothing meanwhile the warranty has run out with our product in their hands. If anything calls that have been made to them have been screened over. Again buyer beware because we are still waiting..
