The sales process was fabulous - prompt service, friendly & knowledgeable sales rep, no pressure, good pricing, and excellent communication throughout the process. I was less impressed with the installation. My dishwasher was installed slightly askew, which once you see that, you cant unsee it. Plus it protrudes from my cabinets/countertop - the installer explained why but I dont recall my old dishwasher having the same issue. He said a $15 bracket wouldve solved the issue - why not provide or even offer to sell that?

We replaced all our 20+ year old kitchen and laundry appliances with Queen. Comparable pricing to the "big box" retailers with the added bonus of actual humans who know everything there is to know about appliances. They spend however much time needed to help you hunt for the right features, size, colors, brands etc. on a large monitor you can watch while they comparison shop real time. Their delivery system and people are amazing: they fit delivery into a schedule that works for you, show up on time, leave the place as clean as they found it. For us there was $0 delivery and haul-away charge of all the old stuff, such a bonus.

Joe at Queen Appliance was very helpful in having my rebate issue resolved. He returned calls promptly and followed up when he said he would.
