Nexus Apartments

I recently moved in and the property manager Crystal has gone above and beyond to be helpful. She made the move in process very simple and was always available when I had any questions. I look forward to living here and attending all the future events she has planned.

Ive been here for almost 5 years. Crystal has been doing a great job getting the complex involved in social events. Shes has also been very helpful with questions and issues that have come up. I was happy to renew my lease when it came time.

I moved in Nov 21. First year was awesome. 2nd year not so much. As stated by everyone else the carpet in the hallways is disgusting and the washer/dryer suck. If you want a quiet spot don't move into the 800 building. People screaming in hallways all night long. Dogs barking. It's loud. Maintenance is awesome. Super quick to respond. Overall i thought the apartment was nice. Valet trash was a nice amenity. I had a great experience with the front office the entire time I lived there. Only after I moved, they seem to put you at the end of their list. I am currently waiting for my damage deposit to be returned. I moved out 91 days ago. I was told after 45 business days they would look into it. Its now been over a week again since I've had an update. It was sent out three weeks ago but only circulated Jersey and was returned to the post office. I've reached out to their management company but zero response. I will update after I receive my damage deposit returned.

BEWARE!!! I have lived in apartment complexes for over 10 years, and out of all the places I have lived, this is by far the worst. The carpets are covered in stains and never cleaned. When I tried to contact management, I had some man screaming on the phone at me. Management also told me they were unable to find my contact. When I found a copy of my contract I confront them about how they blatently lied to me. I honestly cannot downvote this place enough. Again, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Ive Been here for 3 years, For the first time I can say things have been done right around here we are under new management. Crystal Vejesus, have been doing great everytime I have a problem she take care of it immediately I really thank her and appreciate her.
