PROS: The apartments are in great condition, and the modern amenities are appreciated, enhancing the overall living experience. There is efficient trash removal and they do keep the hallways and stairwells cleaned on a regular basis. The pool and grills are great. The staff in the front office were always polite and accommodating. CONS: It is quite obvious, after living in this complex for multiple years, that the UPPER management is not committed to it's tenants, nor are major issues effectively addressed. I want to stress that the onsite front office staff were always polite and willing to accommodate, but they didnt make the rules. Specifically, a concerning aspect that needs to be highlighted is the recent spike of car break-ins within the apartment complex. Despite multiple incidents, the apartment owners have failed to address these security breaches officially. Consequently, tenants do not feel safe at this complex, and the lack of proactive measures to ensure resident safety is a significant drawback. I would not recommend this apartment complex nor any other managed by this organization (or its sister companies, they are all owned by the same conglomerates) to anyone.

I received exceptional service from Nedeeah and Lisa. Even though I was skeptical with texting, the response time was quick and informative. Excited about living in this community.

AVOID Building 3000!! I recently moved out of Park Square after living there two years. I decided not to renew my lease as its become a terrible place to live. Pros: Maintenance staff and UDR technology. Sharron, Josh and Bill are great. Issues are addressed quickly and competently. Technology is great as you can access the main building, front door of your building, side access doors and your unit door from your phone without a key, and allow access for others. UDR is a money grab so by investing in this it allows them to allow self guided tours to prospective tenants and does make it easier to get around the community. Cons: Property Management and tenants. They have changed onsite management 3 times since I arrived two years ago and the current management is awful. They dont address issues, they send email which dont result in any change. The assistant has a terrible disposition and is super unhelpful. Lisa tries but the issues are so bad now she cant effect any real change. When I first arrived Anna and Haley were great, events monthly, clean property, updates about whats going on. The carpets have supposedly been in the process of replacing for 2 years now and are dirty and gross. Took forever to get the new gate for the dog park and to finish the outside kitchen spaces. Children run all throughout building 3000, dogs leave feces all through the building, the smell of weed is so strong and they know who it is and have done nothing about it. Pool got shut down early last summer, as tenants kept throwing parties after the pool closed and police had to be called. Sheriffs arriving regularly to evict tenants, unpaid rent notices line the hallways after the 5th of each month. We had vandalism over the summer and instead of addressing the multiple broken windows on tenants vehicles they closed the office early and addressed the issue by sending a tone deaf email telling us to tips to be safe when parking our vehicles. 2 of my vehicles were damaged and they were super unhelpful. All the photos included have been sent to management several times and nothing happens. Tenants have changed and standards that used to be held arent anymore. It was once a nice place to live, but it isnt any longer.

We currently live at this property. Simply put, it is an awesome place to raise kids. It is extremely cleaned & the services are prompt. Front desk management staff are wonderful to talk to. All I say is, give it a look & you'll be impressed.
