        Top tier lashes!!! I went the entire 3 weeks and my lashes lasted even through crying!! She is sooo nice, her salon is so comfy I fall asleep every appointment.shes so gentle you dont even feel her putting the lashes on. I highly recommend her 1000000%!

        I had the amazing experience of working with Raquel first then Alex. Both were AMAZING!!!! I drive almost an hour and I wont be changing anytime soon!!! Both were amazing and you should RUN to book your appointment. Dont walk! Service: Eyelash extensions

        Worst experience ever I drove a hour to get to my app I could t call while driving from the hospital! I got here I was told too bad never ever again as a business owner myself I would have accommodated the customer especially after they drive an hour!! Never ever again!! Service: Eyelash extensions

        Hi Katty! I’m sorry you were under the impression that we have a flexible enough schedule to accommodate clients that arrive 30 minutes late to their scheduled appointment without notice. Due to the intimacy and duration length of our services, we run on a very tight, appointment-based schedule. This means we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. Given that you arrived almost 30 minutes late to your appointment without calling to notify us of your expected tardiness, you were marked as a no-show and at that point, I was unable to service you. Now that we have technology such as bluetooth, Siri, Alexa, Apple CarPlay, voice notes, and many others, the fact that you were unable to notify us of your tardiness during your 1-hour car ride is scarcely credible. I understand life happens and things may come up, but a simple text or a quick phone call would’ve allowed me enough time to either adjust my schedule or save you the drive. Even after you displayed a lack of consideration towards my valuable time, I still offered to reschedule you. You were not told “too bad”. You declined the offer, stated that you “did not care”, and hung up the phone. It’s unfortunate that you were unable to actually experience Lashes by Alex, yet ironically, you still chose to leave a falsified review describing it as the worst experience ever…- Alex
