Worst customer service ever.. never felt so uncomfortable being in a store in my life. Had just been to sephora were I was treated with respect unlike ulta. Tried several times to get help finding a product and just got ignored

Very nice location. Everything is very neat and organized, the staff are very nice. Overall pretty good. However, and this goes with all makeup samples, please don't use the sample products on your face! As obvious as that sounds, I still see people using these products! If your trying to find your shade, use your hand or ask an employee, they'd be glad to help!

I've always loved shopping for beauty products and this is my go to place for those things. I went to the Monroeville location a few months ago because I was looking for a foundation and concealer and the staff was very helpful. I love makeup, but i can't match my foundation to my skin tone for the life of me so I'm glad I went here lol. The girl took one look at me, asked me a few questions and picked out both a foundation and concealer which fit my skin tone perfectly.
