        Kicks everyone out up here and jacked the rent way up! They know these people can't pay that. That's why all the places are empty too! But in my case, I rent off G and C realty too. They told me it was 1,300 to move in. I said are you sure I don't owe you more? They said no , which I knew I did because they forgot 50$ for water and the 6 days of pro rate that I started in February. So I have given them 3 money orders that total 1,505$. They are saying I owe another month? Where do yin's do math at? So I have saved messages from realtor. And me asking her over and over are you sure this is what I owe , I want to pay it all in full. So I did and now Rich someone is saying I owe more. If I were you people, I'd never rent off this place! And def read the 30 pages of small print, because they do lie! My mail box doesn't lock and my sink leaks, but that's ok! not to say a peice of trim kept my door from opening, so anyone could walk right through the door at anytime!
