        I am sorry to say that I have become disillusioned in this place. I grew up on Midland Heights. I have nothing except happy memories of living here as an infant, toddler, clear up to the year I graduated from high school. Unfortunately, in the past 5-10 years the place has changed drastically I guess it is a combination of the management, the physical changes that have been made and even more so, the changes that were not made. There are now more empty apts there, than rented ones.

        Very nice place.. Has a lot of apartments and good sized parking lots. Always looks like it's just been mowed and the buildings are always in great condition. Looks like a very nice place to live.

        Lost my job so 1 month behind and got a 10 notice. Tried to set up a payment plan with the office and they were rude and not empathetic at all. Clearly they have a business to run and thats all that matters
