I used suzi as my realtor for buying my first house in April 2023. It was one of the most competitive times to buy a house and things were getting annoying trying to find exactly what I wanted but suzi was super patient and super helpful throughout the whole process. She even was able to help me get the price down below asking and helped me receive a pretty substantial sellers credit! In this economy??? We were both surprised but I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of Suzis work. If given the chance I would recommend her 10/10 times.

Working with Suzi King was a great experience. This housing market is tough and our process was a long one. She was patient with me and would do everything she could to make sure I saw a properly quickly. She also gave me great advice. She sold my home quickly and at a price that made me very happy then helped me negotiate a great deal on my new home 5 offers and we won!
