Chris was both our buyers agent for our new home and our sellers agent for our old home. He always kept us updated with anything that popped up. We had several little surprises with both transactions and Chris was on top of it every step of the way. He encouraged us to list our house at a higher price than we thought we could get and we ended up getting a little bit more than the listing price! Chris worked extremely hard to find me the perfect first home. It was a long process due to the current state of the market but through it all he had my best interest in mind. Chris is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and has many great contacts from lenders to contractors. He knows how to strategically structure offers that will have the best chance of being accepted and at the best price for you. Chris is very personable and always seems to find someone living near by to talk to and gets the inside scoop of what that neighborhood/hoa is actually like. After my offer was accepted it was a seamless process up to settlement due to Chris's help and hard work.
