Tim exceeded our expectations in many ways! He took very nice photos, which definitely added values to the house. He always responds texts/calls within minutes and resolve issues quickly. He is excellent at communicating, both with us and the buyers side. We were able to close the deal just a bit over a month after the day of listing. We had a fantastic experience with Tim.
