Working with Craig and Better Homes was the best decision. Craig showed us the ins and outs of many homes/neighborhoods and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always super responsive and never got discouraged during the pandemic market with us. If it wasnt for his efforts we would not have found a home! I cant speak highly enough of Craig Eberhardt at Better Homes Realty, who worked diligently on the sale of my house in Wallingford, Pa. His knowledge of the real estate market and creative approach to marketing were key to the sale. But it was his responsiveness and his willingness to go above and beyond in managing the process of preparing the house for sale that eliminated much of the stress for me. My wife and I contacted Craig after being turned down elsewhere. The loan process went smoothly and Craig was amazing with the reality, always finding time to answer questions and show us properties. Everyone at BHR was great. We are now the happy owners of our new home!
