Awful company. We have been billed wrong for over a year now. They cant seem to fix it and I am not sure why. When asking to get some help from a higher up, they just say to call customer service. Unfortunately anyone in customer service cant seem to fix the issue. But they sure are on top of trying to collect. Right now we have a credit balance on the account. Its wrong but its something. They are trying to collect money on an invoice that said we owed zero. This is literally the worst experience with any utility company I have ever had. I cant wait until we can just cut them out completely.
