        Went in to upgrade my outdated phone. It couldnt have been easier. The manager and staff member were outstanding. Im an old guy who knows just enough about phones and computers to get myself into trouble. They made sure that I understood my options and was comfortable with their recommendations. I was in and out in no time. These guys are awesome.

        Hands down the best retail store location I have ever visited across even other cellular providers! The entire team is eager and willing to assist with any and all issues. The team at this location also display excellent customer service. Having worked through technical issues with different members of the team, it is clear that the leadership at this location is 2nd to none. This store should serve as a training location for others. Special shout out to Fatima, you rock and thanks for your patience and support. Anthony, Nika, and Kevin many thanks for the support through this challenging time. As a customer, it is frustrating to have broken equipment. It is awesome to have professionals that can and will assist you. The drive to this location is worth it! Happy New Year!
