Staff is welcoming, comforting and friendly. They explained everything as they were doing it and made my son feel more comfortable. They are all great with kids and my son loves caliber its a 45 minute drive from our house and definitely worth the drive. Im so glad we found them!!

Very friendly and caring staff. Loved Cal the service dog! As a special education teacher I also appreciated how good and patient the staff was with a young child with a disability who was nervous about being at the dentist. I highly recommend this office!

I have been trying to get in touch with the office manger for over FIVE WEEKS about a $461 refund for dental services that I paid for last June. I have left three voicemails and called 5 times in total with no response from her. I finally spoke with a helpful front office worker today who explained a refund will be issued next week of only $130.. They charged me two "failed treatment" fees & charged over $200 for a "re-evaluation" fee. They took this fee out of the amount I pre-paid & did NOT bill the "re-evaluation" to our insurance. None of this was conveyed to me.They had absolutely zero intention of informing me that I would only be receive 1/4 of the amount I paid. I still wouldn't have known if I didn't call back for the 6th time! I would especially like to know why they thought it was acceptable to charge me the re-evaluation fee without billing it to insurance. You may be wondering why I waiting so long to request a refund. Well, that would be because I had been waiting since NOVEMBER to receive a surgery estimate, and was told the $461 would be applied to the surgery cost. I just received the estimate on 02/25. Almost 5 months later. Poor management is a huge understatement. I DO NOT recommend this office in any capacity. Run the other direction.

took both of our toddler boys here for the first time, and it was the best experience for us all! highly recommend!!
