It's quickly become obvious that patients don't come first here. The dentist spent approximately 2 minutes with us to say my child needed oral surgery without taking time to discuss any options or outcomes. I decided to get a second opinion but getting X-rays transferred is nothing short of a nightmare. After 3 days of calling with a "high call volume" message where I requested a call back, I've yet to receive a single call. I finally got ahold of someone and requested a release form to be emailed, 24 hours later still no form. I went to the Harrisburg location to fill this out in person. The office staff for the provider we are going to for a second opinion called to ask for the xrays as well and was told they are unwilling to expedite sending the x-rays and will only do so after 30 days. Needless to say I am less than impressed, rather I'm doubting the competency of this practice in its entirety.

I forget her name but she was amazing. So sweet, so caring, so understanding. Just simply amazing with kids. I wish there were more like her!
