Wendy's

Probably worst drive through experience. Friday 630pm, was second in line. We waited 10+ minutes to order before the vehicle in front left. Ordered 2 meals and extra sandwiches. Paid and asked for a receipt, which I did not get. Another 8 minutes I finally got food. Missing a fry, sandwich, nugget and the drink was extremely flat, almost flavorless sprite. Mostly water with a splash of carbonation. What food I did get was old, cold and missing half the toppings. I get these are trying times and staffing is hard to keep. But no excuse for the wait, quality of food or missing half the items ordered. Makes me concerned about the staff that was there and if my card could be compromised. Who gives out old food and skips half an order without saying anything? Don't typically get fast food, but definitely will not be back.

This store was deplorable. So disgusting. Rundown. We couldnt even stay to eat, it was so gross. I cant believe the Wendys corporation would allow this.

Drove through for a quick dinner for my children and I. The gentleman who took my order was rather rude. I specifically asked for a sandwich with no lettuce or tomato and when I received it the sandwich had lettuce and tomato on it. Ordered my son's meal it was supposed to be a chicken sandwich they gave him a burger. My daughter's burgers were only supposed to have pickles mayonnaise cheese and they had onions on them. Our fries were also cold. I did not receive a receipt. Very unprofessional very upset.

Man its Wendys so at least the food is good. But if you go here looking for any type of sauce for nuggets or anything. Pshhh. Good luck my friend. Half the time my nuggets are more breading than meat. Theyre always cold and hard as a rock. Ive just never had a store mess up my order so many times. Save your time and just go to the one on Cumberland parkway. An extra mile to get you food right and have better customer service is worth it.

I placed a mobile order for a Frosty and Chili. I found out once I arrived that they didn't have the Chili. I was offered anything else I wanted to make up for my disappointment, so I ordered a Baconator. I suspect it was doctored because the meat was about half the size of the bun and the bacon was two pieces, each a little bigger than a postage stamp, so they turned my disappointment into understanding and then into anger.
